The builder Abhinandan Projects is constructing a residential project named Abhinandan Apna Bungalowin the locality of Dholai in Jaipur. Launched in June 2018, at present the property is under construction and will be available for possession by June 2021. A total of 38 villas were launched on 0.66 acres of land. These 3BHK villas (housed on carpet area of 1,080-1,511 sq ft) will come with many amenities including: electrification (with transformer, solar energy, etc.), 24/7 water supply, well guarded gated community, wide internal roads, and a temple.
